Career planning and development of associate is done systematically at PES&T Shaikh Group of Institutions. There is a well established HR department, which takes care of all HR functions - Eg:- Recuirement & selection, Induction, Training, Performance Management & Career Planning and Development .
The associates are encouraged to upgrade thier knowledge skills on Continuous basis. Sponsorship, distance learning, In house seminars, Self training activities are conducted to promote learning culture among the associetes.Performance is the criteria for Promotion, Compensation & other benefits.
